Talking Too sweet a wine
Hi. I made over 6 gal of grape and raison wine bottled Jan 08 from a recipe. I have just tried it and it is sickly sweet. I am toying with the idea of putting it back in a fermenting barrel with yeast and start it offf again. Any good ideas?
