as someone who already practices indoor gardening, i have to tell you there are already a multitude of starter kits on the market. unless you can differentiate your product in some way i don't see it being a runaway success.
i love the concept of keeping live animals in an urban environment but my concern would lie with animal welfare - i'm finding it difficult to imagine how you would raise animals without just confining them in some way. i mean no one wants a diy battery chicken farming kit
