I've decided that since i live on the coast i could make use of some free fertilizer, therefore I am going to try and make some seaweed tea of sort. After quite a bit of searching all over the internet there doesn't seem to be much information about making some.
Therefore my plan so far is to put a small tap on a lided bucket (have heard that it's very smelly), go and collect a bucketfull of seaweed, wash some of the salt off, then leave it for a cople of weeks with some water in the bucket before using it as some feed.
Well that is the plan anyhow, I was wondering if anyone on here has a similar idea and was willing to share some tips, is it worth it? Is the smell really that bad?
