Default Liquid from home compost

Last year I purchased a composting bin which was promoted by my local council. I put my first consignment of kitchen waste in. When I returned to add a second, to my horror there were 4 rats feeding on the waste. I immediately threw all the waste in the dustbin and had a rethink.

I decided to buy a used wheely bin from the local tip (£2) and cut a flap in the front and hinged it. I installed a tap in the side at the bottom and placed a 2" layer of large stones in the bottom covered by wire mesh. Once I had waste in the bin I added Brandling Worms. This is now secure from rats and takes all of our kitchen waste. I get a fantastic looking brown liquid which filters to the bottom and I want to ask if anyone knows how potent this might be and whether to use it adding to water at the same dose as Tomato Feed?
