Doid you watch Saturday Kitchen today? They were doing favourites from the latsets series, and an Italian chef was on doing saltimbocca and a kind of tomato and courgette bake thing to go with it. Check it out in the archives. Looked nice, and I'm not into courgettes at all. I always think they should be heavier than they are when you pick them up.
I got the ingredients today to try it so I'll post with a verdict later in in the week.
Don't really like courgettes to be honest
But courgettes and chocolate?? Yuk!
