Hi Shaun,
What type of plant is it?????? and do you only have the 1 ???

Kimby is right, you could quite easily start some new plants off now, but i feel the chances of you collecting fruit this season would be a little low.
I only say this because some varieties can take as long as 120 days to fruit.
However, you could always "Overwinter" a plant or 2 giving you a great start for the next season.

If your plant does fail & you find yourself without any chillies you could pm me your address and i would be glad to send you a few of mine to compensate for your loss. You will have to wait a while though, my "Nagas" and "Bhut Jolokia" are 2 of the varieties that take the full 120 days to fruit, i do have some "Prairie Fire" & Numex Twilight that should provide a few fruits a bit sooner.
If you would prefer? i could send you a few seeds that i have spare, the choice is yours friend,
cheers stupo,
