I have been away for a good week and coming back I discovered that my rhubarb has taken over the garden

I just harvested about 12 lbs and that has not made an iota of difference. I reckon there is at least 5 times the amount still there.
Unfortunatelly there is only so much crumble and jam you can stomach, but it seem a shame to let it all go to waste.
So I was thinking of making some wine
