Sorting through my olive and good food magazines as they are taking over the spare room - I came across Lavender Sugar.
Mix 2tsp of lavender flowers with 1kg of caster sugar and divide into cellophane bags or little Kilner jars.
There is a picture of them in the jars with a little bow and a label on them and they look very pretty.
