I sowed my first lot of peas in jiffy pots and then put them. I have lost a few and even where I have dropped some more peas into the spaces left by the lost ones they have not come through. I'm afraid the snails and slugs had those odd ones. I have since sown another lot direct into the ground and I am pleased to say they all look as though they are coming through much better than the first lot.
