Hi Lesley jay, this is amazing, dare i ask if you have tried it and if so is there a comparable taste? my fushias are covered. Whilst we are on the subject of making the most of these gifts from our flowers, a friend of mine told me about poor-mans capers, she collects the small still green seeds of her nasturtium plants each day and drops them in a jar of cheap vineger. She has them on salads through the year. Once again I'd love to know about the jam. Many thanks Sue
