Lettuce soup is actually lovely...you'd be surprised! Good way to use up any spares. I'm actually planting more so I can do it again this year.

he blog was very good and the eggs are too big.I have thought that pumpkins are tomatoes LOL.

The eggs are massive, no wonder the chickens squawk when they lay, poor girls. I hear they get larger as the bird ages.

You should all try the Nettle Pesto (newest blog post), never mind the Lettuce Soup....it's so moreish! I need to grow more nettles...how often do you say that huh!
