lovely, seeing pics of the year takes the edge off the fact it's the middle of winter and it's so damned cold and dark, i always feel better after the solstice, can't wait for the 21st

and i'd say there's no maybe about 'the good life' you have a delightful garden, a nice car, a lovely dog and a nice pint to top it all off

i need to get a day there...i have to 'do my home work' on cut flowers and that place looks interesting... lovely flowers and equally lovely looking staff

it has been/is a busy and early spring, so much to do and not much time to do it....

i wish i only had to deal with 'minor frosts', we have heated glass, unheated glass, cold frames, fleece etc and that is just so we can grow bedding, early veg and tomatoes

the peaches, apricots and vines need their own houses.....

looks like you did really well there and all for a good cause

i know that growing that amount of plants to a point where you can sell them isn't easy, it's a constant juggling act trying to get everything just right, especially if you are trying new things/growing outside your comfort zone.

i've seen the two bearded gentlemen you speak of on the t.v and it would be fantastic to see them and their beards visit glamis castle it they fancy a trip up north...
