I have been clearing my mum's house and found this one. It was televised a few years ago.
Some of the recipes look fascinating - anyone know where I can buy dried egg ?D
It gives some good ideas for gardening too.

Primrose look after that book as copies are selling for up to £73!! I'm pretty sure that you can buy dried egg from the supermarkets so you really can try out the recipes. If there are any interesting vegetable ones can you post some in 'What's Cooking' - Please!!
