Fab Courgette Book
I have a really fab recipe book for courgettes. What Will I Do With All Those Courgettes? written by Elaine Borish. It has over 150 courgette recipes and is well worth buying for when we have a glut.

Seen this advertised loads, be honest thought it looked a bit naff (sorry), But good to here a rave on it.
We allend up with those gluts of courgette don't we - but why can't we seem to stop growing so many!!!!!

I also have this book Mrs PH. and I like it. It's American but all the measurements have been converted to imperial and the recipes are what I call 'family food'.
