Book of sauces

While browsing in Tesco the other day i came upon a book which i feel i should recommend. Name, 400 Sauces Dips, Dressings Sauces, Jams, Jellies and Pickles. There are some really lovely recipes in it. It is a soft back book with a glossy cover. Price 6Euro 99cent. Excellent Value.

Yes I do have an author and i cannot recommend this book highly enough. Its full of suggestions for recipes i might never have thought of.
Authors, Catherine Atkinson, Christine Francis and Maggie Mayhew.
Publisher, Hermes House, Blackfriars Rd, London. Published this year 2007.

Is this the right book Bramble?

No Lesley, afraid not. Its got lots of pics of different dishes on front cover and 400 sauces printed right across the middle. I did'nt see it anywhere else, only in Tesco.

I saw this book today in Derby Garden Centre. I wrote down the title to see if could get it online cheaper, but forgot to note down the price.
