Default Garden Shredders

I'm looking to buy an electric shredder and have my eye on the Bosch 2200 AXT Rapid which I can buy from Lawsons, Southampton for about £125.00 which is the best buy I've found for this model. The reason I think I'll perhaps go for this type of shredder is that its within my budget and also because its been awarded the "Best Buy" by Which back a few years ago. I mainly want to use it for hedge trimmings (privet and field maple) also for green waste such as brussel sprout stalks etc.
What I'd like some help with is, can anyone give me any advice on this model i.e. have you got one, and how does it perform. Also can anyone suggest a better machine for up to say £200. I know with some shredders they clog up easily especially with green veg, leaves etc, and I'm not expecting a 100% perfect machine I know you basically get what you pay for. But if anyone has used a shredder on their plot and would recommend it then please let me know. Thanks.

In case you haven't bought the shredder yet have you thought about second hand ones? I bought for a tenner an ALCO electric shredder from a customer about 3 years ago and although it's not as good looking as the bosch it hasn't let me down and I've seen more powerful ones for a little bit more on ebay.

I've tried a similar bosch and to be honest it wasn't any better than my ALCO. It blocked up more often and was a faff to clear out.

Hope this helps.
