Just a quick tip

Old wool felt underlay can now be used to lay over the ground to stop weed coming through - and it will decay over time - but the added factor is that being wool/ hair felt it puts nutrients back into the soil.
the new stuff i got was the same and got it from underlay4u.
they were helpfull and told me about the other products - but i went back to the original stuff as i can re cycle it
