Default Beet Seedlings

I've planted some beet seeds in containers and now I have seedlings that are growing rapidly. But the problem is the seedling are leggy and now, with the formation of true leaves they have become top heavy. What should I do, Should I bury the seedlings up to the level of the true leaves or should I throw them away and plant some again. The seedlings are in the greenhouse and it gets partial sun. There are about a couple of inches from the soil line to the leaves.
