lettuce leaves

the outer leaves on my lettuce are starting to get a sort of mottled brown look to them any ideas what it is ??

what type of lettuce are you growing, and have you been feeding with a liquid fertiliser? Might be splashes from that on the leaves. Just pick of the affected leaves, and it should carry on growing quite happily.

they are eating variety

i havent a clue what type they are just mixed all that they said in the punnet was lettuce

i have picked out the leaves yesterday see what happens
