Lefty is on a distinguished road
Default Hey all

Im new to the forum as of today, im a young keen gardener and am very excited to have finally found a site where people exchange knowledge and information

on the knowledge subject, i recently flew out to cyprus for 2 weeks and left my small greenhouse in the hands of a friend, unfortunately they have over watered my peppers which im growing in large containers. Im not watering them at the moment to let it dry out and have ensured that any puddles have been drained. Once the soil is no longer sodden and the usual pattern of watering by myself has re started will they still grow and produce fruits? the smallest is just over half a metre tall, all green and plenty of leaves flourishing

any help, much abliged

matt

Any signs of flowers yet Matt? Did you plant them late, because they should be carrying fruit by now.

tomatoes or peppers?

the peppers did start to flower n one started to grow but it fell off, i think because of the sodden soil hence while im drying it out and then itl hopefully start to re grow , its in a greenhouse so i hope i still have a good chance

the tomatoe plants after about a metre tall, two of them but no flowering as of yet
