Default cucumber scortch...

I think this is scortch but i thought i should check, im annoyed if it is as im very careful to water at the base so it can only be from the rain...

Oh no... Im no expert but this looks remarkably similar to what my 'cumbers had, but mine were alot smaller and it had effected the majority of the leaf. Oh good luck!!!!

i have fed them once with an organic vegetable feed and blood and bone, that was a few weeks back now, should i give them some tomatoe feed as ive heard that it is good for tom's/cuc's/pepper's/courgettes...

If they are in flower, then yes, feed with tomato feed. Like tomatoes, cucumbers shouldn`t be fed until they have started flowering.

they arent in flower, is there anything else i can do now to help them out..the packet of organic feed i have says only to feed them twice over the whole season

Apart from making sure they don`t dry out, then, no. Start feeding when the flowers appear.

ok thanks will do, my courgettes got their first flower today so hopefully the cuc's arent too far behind, when i saw the courgette flower i was really shocked, didnt expect it to be so big, it was still pretty closed so i was like 'what the heck is that' then i realized and was really excited

some kind of low NPK + high trace element feed such as sea weed juice?

bigger pots?

i think the seaweed juice is same principle as tomato feed, dont start til flowers come...

ive never seen cucumber flower either so i will look forward to seeing them
