Odd mushrooms in my patio bed?

Hello,
Does anyone know if these mushrooms are bad news?
They keep popping up in my larger patio container and I hope they don't mean that the soil has become unhealthy. The soil doe not look too water-logged either, so I'm not sure how I got them.
Any thoughts?

i think there known as sillys up our way, have a weak lsd component in them, ive seen them in horse manure before, i wouldnt eat them but i know space cadets that have.

As long as they don't mean anything nasty for the plants around them I'm not so worried then.
They're hard to eradicate - they just seem to love it in my pot more than anything else despite dryish conditions!!!

I think you are refering to liberty caps? These look similar but they aren't quite as slender and the liberty caps have a pronounced nipple on the top.
