Default Tomato blight

After the disasters of the last few years, I said I'd never bother with tomatoes again. Now I've been given six plants, so I've put them out.

I would like to know what everyone here uses to stop blight.

I am not paying £6.99 or whatever at a major gardening outlet. I have been looking in my local pound shop and also Wilko's, but neither seem to offer what I need.

Hi Ian,
Copper fungicides?
That works pretty well as a preventative measure.
I'd google it to find cheap sprays - guess it's worth the money if you want to minimise blight risks!
Good luck...

Hi Ian,

There are plenty of methods that you can use to prevent tomato blight. To name but a few:
* Water carefully near to the soil.
* Staking/caging to keup fruit and leaves away from the soil.
* Avoid crowding plants.
* Trim to improve ventilation.
* Crop rotation.
