Default Lots of pots and lots of compost left! Any ideas what I could grow?

I have a lot of tomatoes, loads of chilli plants all in pots/grow bags. I also have spring onions, cuccinos (small cucumbers), beans, courgettes, various lettuces and radishes growing in my raised bed.

Now my question is what could I start growing now at this time of year in all my spare pots? It seems a waste - I have loads of compost and pots.

I would prefer something a big more hearty. No salads or herbs... i already have more than I know what to do with!!

so any ideas guys? I can buy plants or grow from seed... but what will grow nicely this far into the season?

Cabbage? Just a thought. I'm no expert and live in France so our weather and seasons may vary but I just planted out some cabbage. Apparently - according to packet - it should be ok.

Or I still have spinach seeds which I can plant now?
