Default Winter Containers?

I have had my first decent go at growing vegetables and some fruit this year. All of which has been grown in containers, grow sacks and grow bags in a temporary greenhouse.
Most of what I'm growing is doing well, my peas and some potatoes have already been harvested and eaten!

I am currently at a loss at what to put in my now empty containers during the autumn/winter. I still have potatoes, dwarf beans plus other things still growing.

All/any help will be appreciated!
