Default Strawberries in a growbag

Hello,

Hope you can help.

I have some strawberry plants in a b&q strawberry growbag. They have started producing runners which have bedded themselves into the space in the growbag and I've been putting some of the runners into little pots to take root around the growbag.

What is the next step? When do I cut the runners from the "mother" plants? What do I do with all of these plants, including the original plants in the grow bag, over the winter? I was also reading some where that you shouldn't let these "runner plants" fruit next year - they need to wait a year?

If someone could shed some light please I'd really appreciate it.
