Default Transplanting Blueberries

I've got 3 Blueberries in one container. I want to transplant one of them to new container. Can I do it as a complete plant or do I cut it back when I transplant it. It's dormant now and I'll try and get as much of the root system as I can

Not sure about pruning, but I do know that they should only be transplanted when there is an 'R' in the month ( ie when they are dormant) so now should be fine.
They do need as much of the original soil around the roots as possible and need plenty of bagged compost ( ie not too rich as in fresh compost). I think the fine roots must be pretty delicate.
Let us know how you get on!
Remember to use acidic compost!!!

Thanks Nicos. I'll give it go and let you know. Probably won't know for sure until the Spring.
