Kit contains:-
3 x 40 litre sacks (18" /45 cm high)
Pack of 9 extra early 'Swift' seed potato tubers
Full growing instructions.

Just taken a look at these Runnerbean and they are good. The sacks are made to last a lifetime with drainage holes and carry handles so you only need buy the seed potatoes the following years.

That's what I thought, I think they are really good value, especially when you can use them over and over again.
