Will these trees provide decent amount of fruit

I want to add some small fruit trees to my new allotment. Don't want anything too big so wondering if these would be ok or should I go for a larger size?

You may be alright with the apples but you need another pear in the same group as the Comice for pollination. Also, on 1 metre plants you ARE NOT going to get a lot of fruit. My advice, save your money.
