Default weeds or cress ??

Just as an additional extra on the end of our garden we scattered mustard cress in two rows, on the two rows, virtually perfectly have arisen these as i beleive weeds ( ?? ) which are similar to cress but have purple roots,look just like a weeds, im 90% positive these arnt cress and i should pull up but can someone please confirm !

Hi there Waddy, welcome to our forum!!

When I was a kid cress had white stems and roots but there are so many 'micro greens' varieties nowadays that you could be growing one of those. It's too much of a coincidence that the 'cress' is growing in two perfect rows where you sowed the seeds. Weeds grow where they please!!
