Default Sweet Corn

Hi,

Sweet corn seems to be doing okay, but a bit weedy compared to others on the allotments. Anything I should do to give it a boost?

Regards

Hi Bell. I always gave my corn a shot of liquid fert. when the ears started setting on well. Something like Miracle Grow or the like. It would be helpful if you could get the weeds out too. They use up alot of water and fert that just as well go to the corn. Good luck

Default Mines a bit limp too

Me too, sweet corn plants raced up and then seemed to run out of steam. Barbecued it with garlic butter the other day - tasted simply fantastic!
