Default Getting organised

Guys and Gals

I'm one of the worst at planning. This year and last I tried to get the seeds etc sown at the right time but nearly always late or totally forgot.

What method do you use to plan your crop year - paper, computer, dam good memeory etc.

George

Hi George, As a rule February (buy seed potatoes to set up for chitting and onion sets) and early March (start sowing seeds in the propagator) are the key months for us. Sowing of course carries on up to the end of July and beyond for certain items. You may find a vegetable yearly planner handy. If you go to the Vegetableseeds.net website you can see a monthly sowing guide.

Thanks for taking the time to reply - that guide is really useful 'cause it's nice and simple - just what I need.
