Default More potatoes

Guys and Gals

Just finished lifting the last of my potatoes - really pleased with the crop.

Just a few novice questions.

The foliage - can I compost it or is it better to burn in case it is diseased?

Want to plant some more for later in the year, so

Is it too late?
Is it okay to use the same bed that I’ve just cleared of the previous crop?
If it’s not too late - what variety would you recommend and a good source?

Now off to admire my crop
