Passionflower Cuttings

Is it possible to take cuttings from my passionflower plant? I love it and would like some more plants but they are expensive to buy. If I can how and when do I take the cuttings?

Sooner or later you will find a stray shoot popping up further along from the main plant. Mine is a bit of a thug and when I pull the stray ones up there is usually a bit of root. I am thinking of potting up one or two and transplanting somewhere else where it can go mad. Usually mine starts growing through the bedroom window !!!

The bedroom window? I'll take a look and see if I can spot a new shoot. The flower bed keeps getting ground elder growing in it from next door and I might have ripped up new shoots when I have been pulling the ground elder out. I'll have to watch what I'm doing in future!

hello to take passionflower cuttings take a piece mwith two leaves of passsionflower and then cut below the first leaf then remove the first leaf then take a piece of skin off where you have removed the leaf and then plant it and put it inside a plastic bag
