Fuji orchid

I was told that was it's name by the old Japanese bloke that gave it to me nearly thirty years ago now when I was there for a month working. (I smuggled it home in my luggage) an epiphytic orchid that some how survives against the odds I often neglect to water it properly I'm sure. It used to flower most years but this is the first time for a couple of years now so presumed it was in decline and that finally my neglect had done for it.........maybe not.
I'm not really sure how to make it thrive....or maybe I do.
