I dont have one right now but grew a large one in London a few years ago at my house down there.
It will bear fruits later in the year, I believe they are inedible but they do look nice....

Hi Solitary Bee! Welcome to our forum!
Like you there is loads of shiny green growth on my passionflower but after that first flower there have been no more. There are flower buds but they just are not opening - it's so frustrating!! |

The Passiflora needs so much sun, that could have been a problem this year, particularly if not on a South facing wall. Hope for an Indian Summer

Ahh.... so if they need sun..... how come mine is covered in flower in a wind tunnel beside the house, in a narrow (6" wide) raised bed that gets little water, on an east facing fence which gets little or no direct light as the house wall is only 6' away?
Give the plants time - as they get older so they flower better. My plant (triffid) is now three years old, trust me they get better with age! |
