Default rose bush
i have a rose bush that i moved last year it hasent started to grow yet this year does that mean its dead?

i have been watering it, there doesnt look like any life in it but its roots aare firm in the ground.

Cut a little bit of the bark away, if it`s green underneath it`s still live, if it`s brown it`s dead.

just cut some of the bark back it looks dark like wood not like a plant so i think its dead!
