Smile reply

Hi Lisa 0307,
A stab in the dark here, but maybe an "Annual Delphinium"
(larkspur) or even a "Lupin"?????? and maybe even a "Penstemon"

"I" am on the case, Possibly 1 of the "Salvias" or,,,,,a "Stock"??????

Anymore info available, seems well established, so you did not plant it this year???
Is it the 1st time it has flowered?????

Will try my best to find the answer, unless the "Experts" beat me to it cheers stupo

From the Knotweed family, a smaller version...this one doesn't spread like wild fire ...it's only about a foot tall and it's taken a few years to get to the size you see in the picture.
