Fuschia's

My hanging baskets, containing over wintering fuschia's aren't showing any sign of life yet, surely some new leafgrowth should be on them by now. Help, what's gone wrong?

Where are your hanging baskets ?? most trailing fuchsias aren't hardy and weve had some pretty sharp frosts this year so i suspect you have lost them

They were in a unheated greenhouse, I feel so sad I have had them for years, and have never lost any.
