Firstly - so sorry I have been absent on here for a while... but Im back now!

Hope everyone had a great Xmas! I got a little book from my husband in my stocking identifying plants in the wild that can be eaten or used with food for flavour! We hope to go on lots of country walks to see what we can forage and I will be sure to share pics and experiences! Hope you guys can do the same.

Warning!some edible wild plants look the same as poisonous ones,saw this last week on BBC tv programme"one man and his camper van".Some of them the expert forager on the programme would not chance eating,(Episode 2,New Forest).
