Default Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum)

The first picture is the bush planted in May 2006. The Blackcurrent bush grows vigoursly. Just another fruit for the home gardener, easy to grow. The bush requires some support, particularly when it rains. There is no bug damage. From appearances it should be a bountiful harvest of the fruit.
