Default Cranberries, Redcurrants and Grapes

Hi,

I'm just starting out and don't really have anything edible or otherwise growing in my garden yet, so bought some Redcurrant vine (is this the correct way to describe it?) White Grape Vine and Cranberry Bush (this is a small plant at the moment and I plan to keep it, as well as the others in containers).

I'm not sure what I should be doing when re-potting them. The Redcurrants and Grapes already have wig-wam style bamboo which their climbing up and I know to replace this with more.
What compost is best for them? When should I water them after re-potting? Is it ok to re-pot them now or do I need to wait? How much space will each take up?

Sorry about the number of questions, but I really want to get this right.

Cranberries like an acidic soil so need to be planted in ericaceous compost and watered with rain water. They are a low growing, ground covering plant and can be grown in hanging baskets so should be fine in a container. They have a shallow root system so it won't need to be a very deep container and I would use a 15 inch wide pot.

Grapes need a large container but not black or dark coloured as this attracts the heat and grapes like cool roots but need a nice sunny spot. I would suggest John Innes No.3 compost. Re pot everything now and keep as much soil on the roots as possible and water straightaway.

The red currant is a puzzle because they grow as a bush not a climbing vine so it must be a different fruit. Has it got a label attached to the plant with hopefully a variety on it?

Hi

Cranberries liek very similar conditions to Blueberries (they are in the same family). These are excellent instructions on how to grow blueberries which I found the other day - they won't point you far wrong.

Are the redcurrants perhaps trained as a fan - I have seen them grown that way?
