What's with my Apple Tree? [PICS]

Ok so my apple tree has started to blossom. But the leaves are worrying me. The flowers themselves are fine, but SOME of the leaves have lots of little red dots on them :[



Why is this ???

Where on others it's fine with no red dots.



Someone please tell me why this is happening? I don't remember them doing this last year, but then again I wasn't so interested in gardening so may not of checked them at this stage.

not sure, but it could be cedar-apple rust.
from what ive read, a fungicide would be needed.
but google it first.
fingers crossed, im completely wrong.
