Grape vine

Hi all,
I have a grape vine had it about 3 years has grown to about 6 foot has plenty of grapes on it but the grapes only grow to about the size of pea,s then stop and fall off all looks healthy, any ideas please

Tezmac you need to thin out the grapes in the bunches.
