Pear tree pruning
I have grown a pear tree in my garden. Last year I cut it back as I was strugling to reach some of the branches. I didn't get as good a crop this year. When should I prune and by how much?

Leave it alone for several years, you don`t prune fruit trees just because you can`t reach the fruit. Buy a pair of stepladders.
