Default dwarf / patio apple trees

Hi all. I want some dwarf / patio apple (or pear or plum or all!) trees after seeing them at my local gardening centre. Problem is they were £40 and I have seen lots online which are 3 or 4 for £29.99 delivered. I was told that I need self fertile ones as I am just having them on the patio but I am completely new to this and don't really know what I need when looking online. I don't know what to look for online, can anyone advise? at the moment I am considering these:

Mini-Orchard Collection with Free Cherry | Garden Bargains

will they be ok

Good evening and welcome to the site. That site is noy showing 3 or 4 for £29.99. They are showing the price per plant. You could try ebay. Also, good garden centres should have them cheaper than £40.

Thanks for your reply.

It is £29.99 for all 4 but there is a £6.99 delivery charge I had missed, the price looks confusing but if you add it to your basket you get what I have copied below. it stills seems like a really good deal to me but I don't understand polination and cross polination (in fact I think I heard about them for the first time today!). Is there anyway of knowing what ones are self fertile or is it only if they state they are? and what about ones which are not, how can I make them thrive?

Many thanks

Hi Tavyabe, don't worry about the pollination as these trees are all self fertile. I have looked around various fruit tree sites and I can't beat that offer. I watched the video and these trees look very good indeed with a good root system - I'm tempted to buy them myself!
