Default rejuvinating Strawberry beds

Hello,
I have just two raised beds available for growing strawberries. After five years, even though no plants are more than two years old, the yields are poor and the bed looks impoverished. I understand the convention is to move to other growing areas for this crop but I can't. Is there a way to rejuvenate the beds for new autumn plantings. Horse manure is available?

Thanks in advance 77John
