Default What to plant after a bonfire?

Hi guys, I've recently had a fire to burn some old garden waste (weeds and twigs etc) and wanted to know what would be best to plant where the fire was. Ideally I wanted to plant beans there, but would that be alright? Any ideas? xx

Hi Milly,

If its Broadbeans you wan't to plant, give it a dig and sprinkle some growmore on. Your good to go. The ash thats left after the bonfire is commonly called potash an is good for your garden.

Good Luck.
