Default Safety First

I have just read on another site about a lady who only yesterday stabbed a fork though her foot. she did it properly with exit and entry wounds. she also said how she caught her fingers in the mower trying to free it. It is easily done so please please all you budding gardeners out there be carefull and think clearly even in the heat of the battle as this is when backs are put out, fingers caught, falls etc. please all be safe and enjoy your hobby.

I agree, I was cutting a hedge last week using an electric trimmer. One seconds lack of concntration, and I`d cut through the cable. Luckily the fuse blew, not me. And I`m supposed to be a professional.

Wow that poor woman! I'll definitely be extra careful after reading that. So far I have experienced no injuries .
