Eeerrr, Chelsea, Arsenal, Aston Villa, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Man City come to mind. Personally I look out for, Newport County, Cardiff City, Swansea and Merthyr. Don`t really support any of them, just keep an eye on what they are doing.

Aston Villa for me. I don't support as I live to far away from the ground but my grandfather (God rest him) took me to watch them when I was 5(needless to say a very long time ago) and there used to be a pub outside the gate. I was left outside with crisps and lemonade and the villa players of the time used to smoke and drink and use the pub. I remember them patting my head as they went in. My second is Ipswich Town, I have been lucky enough to watch them a few times last season but again only really follow and watch to see how they do. moving on I do think the FA have sold the average punter down the river for the sake of money and selling out to Sky and Sky then wanting to charge extra to watch some games when you already subscribe. it always seems that the top favourites arsenal, chelsea, liverpool and man crappy utd get most of the air time even international matches are sold to them aswell. greedy FA fatcats, they should be strung up. still thats my view. cheers to all.

Hi,
As the nearest team to where i was born was Tranmere Rovers, then i suppose my loyalties should be to them.

However, i do not support football, as i think today, the game is played by "Overpayed Nancies" that only play because of the financial rewards that are offered.
How many of these, would still show an interest if the wages were set at a max of two hundred quid a week?????? Not many i think.

This is my view only, But how do we Justify, paying these people so much money?? When we have a Population of Pensioners, that struggle to afford even the basic things, like heating costs.

I Rest My Case,,,,, regards stupo.

You have to admit though, Lesley, it takes some doing for a top 4 club to lose to a league 1 club. All the more galling when that club is Leeds United.

Last night, Newport County became the first club in the English football pyramid, to get promoted, they are also going up as Champions. Still 7 games to play.

Hi Tony, Tottenham are doing all right this season, they are fourth in the Premiership, in the FA Cup quarter finals and their manager is Harry Redknapp!
